Peladow same as Dowflake?

I'm looking for the ingredients to make Randy's 2-part, and I found a place in the city that sells Peladow. Looking at Dow's website, it appears to be the same as Dowflake, but in pellet form instead of flakes. Can I use it to make 2-part?
