Just thought I spread the word That a pet smart opened in Central Avenue, Yonkers right behind the Best buy Store. I think they have better prices than most other chains but I did not see any saltwaterfish, but I've never seen so many freshwater in one store.
I bought a bottle of kent for $9, a 300w heater for $24, and a Digital thermometer with in water sensor ,timer and clock for $20. There was a cheaper one at $9 without timer or clock but it worked on watch batteries and I could see myself a year from now just not changing batteries because i have to go to some special place to exchange batteries and the batteries will probably cost more than the thermometer. The biggest tank in stock was a 75 (not aga) for $119.
