photoshop cs6 color not working

ive been trying to fix this like crazy but i cant. when i open photoshop the color is vary off. also the swatches are all in yellow blue and black.

I used to work with Photoshop for my job doing Navigation and Aviation charts ....never seen anything like that?? mabye something is corrupt in the program??? If nobody can tell you what's wrong ... I would just reload Photoshop...

Same thing here I worked at a print shop for almost 10 years and never had seen this

What color space is it set to? And what do you do when opening a file? It is hard to read your last screenshot.

Also that picture could be a PNG with limited colors, hence the swatches. If you go into Image>Mode and set it to RGB it might change things.

Never seen that before.. but like stated above. it could be a file with limited colors.
