Phyto dead still good?

I have an old bottle of phyto that's like 2 years old and does not smell foul. If the plankton is dead is it still ok to use to feed?

I would toss it, if it was live phyto at one point.

Dump it. It'll cause you more problems than any benefit you'll derive from it.
