Hi,

Can you guys & Girls help me to identify what this fellow is? He came with a piece of live rock about a month ago. Stays full and alert most of the time but sometimes shrivels away to nothing and I think he's gone but always reappears. He's about the diameter of a quarter. He's pinkish rosey color and whiter on the center/inside. I'd like to know what I have. Good, bad? How to take care of if good? Thanks! Oh, and I SEE that bristleworm in the photo too. Didn't even see him until I took the pic.

Compared to a RBTA yes, that's right. When anemones are starving they tend to lose their color. Several species also have a colorful foot including condy anemones. Odds are, that's what it is. They are very comon in aquaria, but are not hosts for clowns.

good to know, thanks..

i target feed them, take a small 3ml syringe w/o the needle.. and i draw un a mixture of foods for my corals when i target feed, and i take some mysis/brine and cyclopsees and shoot is slowly owver it, IF it is a nem it will grab it and close up on it..

i dont know if anyone else has better ideas but thats what i do... hope this helps
