looks like diatoms. did you chnge your light cycle? lower your lights closer to the tank? disturbe your sand bed? of shut your pumps off for more that 30 min? maybe add a new considerable size coral to your tank? this should go away on its own in a week or so once whatever tewak you made settles in.
