Pls post some pics of coraline algae growing.

I don't know how to tell wether there is coraline growing or not. Can someone post up pics and illustrate a litle bit.

Do you see pink or purple on the rocks or glass? Look in the gallery....pretty much everyone has coraline growing.

They are purple - some on the rock, some on the glass

coraline is good.... mine turned all white on my glass. when i changed over to BB. im hoping it goes back to that wondeful color purple..

Well I already let the tank dry up on the purple for two days area and thus I think it's the assessment may not be fair. But anyway, it's easy to come off-I can simply brush it off-no scrapping needed

the kind of coraline that has been seeded in ur tank.. i have tons of different colors.. pink, blue, green, light and dark purple..

dont bother looking for any silver bullet. good water par; good lighting n water flow, optimal(balanced) alk n ca levels does the trick. o yea,and patience.
as for color, seeding is what i hear.

Not to bash or anything wingo. But aren't you a vendor? You should know this stuff. I was just sitting here wanting to shut a window on my head after reading this. Coraline algae grows in a lot of different colors. The only way to get these different coraline is to buy some rock or coral that has some growing. Other than that there is no kind of snake oil that produces a color. It has to be introduced.

Look at the date to when it was first posted, if that makes any difference.
