plumbing epoxy reef safe?

i seen at HD they had plumbers epoxy that comes in a stick form and i am wondering if it reef safe since it is used for drinking water?

i use the locktite marine epoxy with no problems. also aquamend is good as well, both available at homedepot.

thanks i am not sure of the brand but it was $2.99 for a large stick so i grabbed a few

the "aquamend" epoxy putty stick sold at HD and Lowes is safe

I used to use Oatley from Home Depot, then they stop carrying the regular two part epoxy putty, but instead have the stuff with metallic additive in the putty.

Little sticks of aquamend is what I buy now.

Not all HD stores have it cause the ones near me don't have aqauamend.Better off buying it from a vendor here.

it's safe to use...been using it for years...it should say safe to use for potable water lines.
