Polyethylene tubing Reef Safe?

i just picked up some Polyethylene tubing from HD to hookup my BRS Reactor. Is this tubing reef safe? :shocked::shocked::shocked:Its made by WATTS. It says its made for supplying drinking water. Actually now im reading bad reviews about this stuff leaking on HD's website and ruining peoples floors:bigeyes:!!!!! idk, any suggestions on some flexible tubing? I think i will sleep with my reactor/manifold off tonight:approve:

Anything that says Potable water safe (drinking water) is reef safe so yes it's fine.

if it was used for supply water, then it is under pressure. their is very low if any pressure in your reactor, i wouldnt worry about it. i have been using it for my ro system, with no problems and that is under pressure.

I doubt it will leak, not a whole lot of pressure going though it. Try putting the entire unit in a 5g bucket for a day so if it does leak it will just leak into the bucket.
