Hi guys,

I am using a Radion XR15 on my 25gallon cube (18inches), and I am very happy with the colors, the growth, and obviously the fact that I do not need to run a chiller anymore.

However, I do notice that due to the hardest shadows, as many LED owners have seen, the bottom part of large corals (typically, Acropora formosa) is just void of tissue is light never get there.

I know a lot of people also avoid this issue by using a secondary light to provide a more "homogenous" light with T5.

Since there are no T5 that would fit my tank, I am looking at power compact instead.

Has anyone tried that, if so, what were your results, and where did you place the lamps? (I am thinking on the sides, close to the surface). And finally, Actinic?

Thank you.
