I ordered a MH lamp from them on Wednesday afternoon, and I just got it today, Friday morning. The package was shipped Airborne Ground...I live in Texas.

That was fast service!

Awww, you all got Nothing, Jason impressed me Big TIME a couple weeks ago:

Sent an email to him at 3 O'Clock in the afternoon, after he had replied to me that they did have the 1 Inch Sea Swirls in stock
"Go head and ship it out, you've got my card on file" was the jist of it.

Wouldn't you know it THE NEXT DAY, I got a package from Airborne! From Ohio to Western NY I'll admit isn't far, but it was ground delivery, that Jason picked up the Tab on to boot (since they didn't have them in stock a few months ago when I wanted it).

You can bet he'll get the next bit of business I mail order, and will have to work pretty hard to put me on the "Dissatisfied Customer List".

I've come to EXPECT that kind of service from Jason. His is the first online place I shop, if he doesn't have what I'm looking for, then I'll shop elsewhere.

Jason and PA is top notch that is for sure! PA is the standard which all other MO stores are measured.

My last order with Jason was placed on a Thursday afternoon via email. I recieved confirmation from him that night that he was able to get it out by a new carrier they were tring Airborne ground. The next day at about 11 am the order showed up at my doore in FL. That's what I call fast.

PA is one of the best. The customer service I got from Steve Tyree at Dynamic Ecomorphology is also excellent. I was supposed to recieve an order of corals last week. Well, with the attack, the shipment was delayed, not sent on time. Steve e-mailed me and asked when i wanted the corals. He has kept the ones I ordered for two weeks and is shipping them at my convenience. I have heard nothing but good about the quality of his corals and service. Holding an order for a couple of weeks is hard to beat, too.

I can beat that. I ordered a couple powerheads from PA this past Wednesday (9/19)and got them yesterday (9/20) using Airborne Ground!!
