Prime chiller service?

I have a Prime chiller but it doesn't seam to be cooling very well.
When I feel the water coming out of the pump it doesn't feel very cold.
Is there a way to check it?
Any suggestions?

Sounds like you need a charge same thing that's wrong with mine I've been meaning to take mines to a refrigeration shop around my way just been lazy in doin so but my .02 is recharge

Ha! guy is in Clifton, 15 minutes from me. his number is NY and it threw me off...
