where did you place the temp probe is it near the lighting if not it may be adjusted here's the link to the pdf for the chiller.http://www.google.com/#hl=en&xhr=t&...c.r_pw.&fp=97eede9ed711c932&biw=1920&bih=1010
If that doesn't help you can buy a ranco controller it's one of the easiest controllers out there to operate. http://www.amazon.com/RANCO-ETC-111000-Digital-Temperature-Control/dp/tags-on-product/B0015NV5BE

As for the probe cleaning here it is--

Cleaning
The solution used to clean pH electrode depends on the presence of possible contaminants. Mechanically intact electrodes may show slow response due to coating or clogging. Use the guide below to choose the appropriate cleaning solution options:-

  • For general cleaning: Soak the pH electrode in 0.1 M HCl or 0.1 M HNO3 for 20 minutes. Rinse well in tap water before use.
  • For removing stubborn deposits and bacteria: Soak the pH electrode in a 1:10 dilution of household laundry bleach for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly before use.
  • For removal of oil and grease: Rinse the pH electrode in mild detergent or methyl alcohol. Wash in water before use.
  • For removal of protein deposits: Soak the pH electrode in 1% pepsin in 0.1m HCl (EC-DPC-BT) for 5 minutes. Rinse well in water before use.

No sir the probe has to go in the sump to give you the temp of the water if it's in the chiller as you said it's reading the temp of the chiller that's why it's saying 115 degrees

Actually i fixed the problem it does go into the chiller there is a spot for it the problem was that it wasnt pushed all the way in so it was reading the temp from the fan blow off but its working perfect now and giving the correct reading thanx for all the input now im trying to get my ph probe up and running lmao its reading but not sure the reading is correct i will do a ph check to see how far off it is i already did the calibration so i assume its reading correct and if it is im in trouble lmao
