Sir, You placed your order 36 hours ago, Sunday night at 9:49pm. You were immediately sent an email stating that "AS PER THE ITEM DESCRIPTION ON EBAY, THIS PRODUCT HAS A HANDLING & ESTIMATED SHIP TIME OF 6-11 BUSINESS DAYS". It states it very clearly on the item description. And you were IMMEDIATELY contacted right after the product was ordered to remind you of this lead time.
Now, I understand and sympathize with you about needing this product quickly but I do not understand the public vendor complaint that you are posting. Most items are readily available. There are many items in the high tech aquarium industry that require special order because they are honestly just not stocked.
You still have not responded to any of the emails that were sent to you regarding the lead time so your invoice is actually still in limbo. We will not order a high end reactor to be built unless you agree to the lead time. So please respond to the emails that have been sent to you so we can place the order. Otherwise, we will issue you a full refund.
Please note again, that the lead time to this product is clearly stated on ebay. Thank you and I apologize we could not get this product to you in 1 day.
