protein skimmer

I was looking at ebay for some protein skimmers to buy for a relatevily small tank i want to setup, a 29 galloin reef with few fish and about 15 corals. I was wondering if anyone can give me some good name brand makes ones that arent to big or to small for my tank that work well. Also I was plan on using a protein skimmer and refugiukm as well as live rock filtration would this be enough and i was looking in the cpr refuigiums with lki8ghting .
