Pseudochromis diadema btw :)

They are known to eat shrimp, especially if they are small. They also don't care if the are camel shrimp or pepperment shrimp..or any other kind for that matter.

Please research your fish before buying! The info about eating ornamental shrimp was near the top of the list of habits of these fish on just about every site I looked them up on :(

Most pseudochromis think shrimp are quite tasty. They don't seem to care much what kind of shrimp it is either. My bicolor even eats the ends off of my bristle starts legs. Perhaps he thinks they are bristle worms which they also eat.

x2 ..shrimp are on the menu for many species of Psuedos, wrasses and hawks. The only shrimp I was able to keep with them was a large coral banded.

I have the same fish and he dosent touch any of my shrimp. I have a sexy shrimp, 3 peps,a lg cleaner and a harlequin. The little bastard did take out my Solar fairy wrasse tho. They can be VERY territorial, so be careful with what type of fish you put it with.

If you add shrimp after fish are in the tank, try and get them down to a rock using a net. Shrimp have a habit of going limp(playing dead) when you just drop them in and once one fish goes after one it can become pretty intense...........
