How many times do you want to "turn the tank over" per hour? My understanding is 5 times is sufficient if you're using circulation pumps in the tank for water movement. If you have a 20 gallon tank, you might look for a pump that will turn over at least 100gph with a 5-6' head (your tank isn't really 5-6' above the sump, but it's close enough to let you estimate). Could be as simple as looking at the same brand pump the next size up, y'know?
As for a particular pump; I simply don't know enough about different brands to recommend one. My tank is 135gal, so I'm using a big external pump. I'm unfamiliar with submerged pumps for a return.
I do know you can go on each manufacturers site and find a chart for gallons per hour or liters per hour at 'head' from 0' to the pumps cutoff point (the max head- at that point it won't pump at all).
Don't know if that's helpful or just confusing....

Honestly im a little bit confused .. Here we go my stand is only 16" high and stand is about 29" and thats about 4'. Just wondering if having the mag 2 will my sump overflow? Because it will drain more than return .. My pipe is adjustable i can adjust the drain part so it will not overflow

Overflow and Return

Now I'm gettin' confused!!
OK. You have a drilled tank with and overflow pipe, right?
The pipe can only drain a certain amount of water, so you're worried that the return pump will pump MORE than the drain can handle? Or LESS than the drain can handle?

If you're worried the pump will return MORE than the drain can handle, you place a ball valve AFTER the pump (never, never before the pump- do not restrict the intake). Use the ball valve to restrict the return flow until you match the drain, and reach the equilibrium point you want in the sump.

If you're worried that the pump will return LESS than the drain is going pour down toward the sump..... This is where I'm confused. Your drain pipe is only letting water in at the top of the pipe, correct? Once the water reaches the top of the pipe, it starts to drain down to the sump. It can only drain the same amount the pump sends up.....

Sorry for the confusion i am worried that the return will be less because the water is going up. But after realizing that i can adjust the drain to match the return i think ill be fine .. I will also be using wp25 for my circulation it will be running 50% only

As long as you don't exceed the drain capacity you are adjusting the return. It's a tricky concept but once you get it down it makes sense. What drains down is what you pump up so you don't adjust your drain you adjust the return. Not sure if that helps but think about it this way...

What goes up must come down :)
