question not sure wut to do about skimmer

ive had my skimmer for a week now. aquac remora. ive dne 2 water changes( didnt add anything to do thewater) i even turned it off all day onec. and i still have a crazy amount of bubbles. i wrote them. they saidi can send my skimmer in for testing
should i send it in?
or wait another week
and if i send it in wut shoul di do about a skimmer becuz i only hav 3 power heads and the skimmer and a very tiny aquaclear Power filter running just carbon

If it's brand new,it'll take a while longer than a week to break it in.That's the one bad thing with the Remora but a dependable brand.

yeah i mean they were very helpful, they told me wut not to use witht he skimmer, and they said they send me a new one. but its just annoying ya know.
