New Tank 100 gallons, no holes :(

I am new to the hobby and I got a 100 g tank with a stand.
I want to have a sump underneath the stand with a skimmer in the sump, is it possible with the current tank or do I need to buy a new tank with holes pre-drilled?

You could alwasy use a pre-filter box. Check outthis site. Scroll down and click on the link to pre-filter boxes.

Supposed, Lifereef makes the best pre-filter boxes.

If you can drill holes, that's probably your best option. I usually agree with mr X, but I'm afraid I can't on getting a CPR over a Life Reef. Once the Life Reef gets its syphon, unless the acrylic shatters or something like that, it really will not lose siphon. I shut off my return pump on average once a day when I feed my fish, and in a year or so, I've never lost my siphon on my Life Reef. These aren't your simple J tube setups. They're designed so that the water line will always be above both holes on the J tube, so even if your tank drains down all the way so that no more water is flowing into your sump, the siphon remains constant because no air is introduced into the tube.
