No pic,sorry...but it's a VERY tiny red thing, less than 1/2 a centimeter. They are on my frogspawn, and now over on my xenia. At first I thought it was a discoloration, but then watched it and saw it move with slug-like movements. I put down my scotch and went to bed, but alas, it was the same way this morning. Chiton? AND...are they bad? how to get rid of them?

i think they are flatworms. here..check this out and see if you can find a pic-

if they are actually flatworms, you can get them off by means of a fresh water dip.
i dipped a flatworm covered mushroom rock recently, and they fell off like i sprayed them with raid

You NAILED it! Absolutely...I'll try the freshwater dip tomorrow when everyone's out and about. Thanks so much for your help. I really appreciate it.

You got it...so i did the dip, very briefly, gave the frogspawn a little twist, and all these little red things came off. The frogspawn is still a bit unahappy (it's been almost 10 hrs.) but looks like it will recover.
