Len, I been reading news as this or quite similar to it for many years. For a matter fact for a number of decades and it would be great if a restriction will be placed on the coral reef, world wide. It still wouldn`t protect it all, but maybe if a huge fine with some possible prison time.
This would/might also cause a raise in prices for our fish and corals.
