Funny you should say that. I called yesterday and left a voicemail with no reply. I called again left a voicemail with no reply. I then called again tried sales no answer. Started getting frustrated so I put someday sales techniques to good use and pressed random extensions and bam finally got someone. Gave him the low down and he said he can do two things either send me a unit at no charge and once the unit arrives I send the crap unit to them or he can send me a return label to ship the old one back and replace or repair the unit. So I must say so far so good but I will see if it arrives on Thursday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. Because I'm not waiting 5 days.

Taking days to get back to him is less then stellar cs. I had to use my sales techs in order to get someone on the line too. Researched the CEO and found that he is the CEO of another company at the same address. I called that number and finally got a person. She was able to find a person i could speak with at DA. Kept me on hold for 20 minutes till quiting time and then i went to voice mail. It was rediculous. Took me 3-4 days to get an actual person.

I was just happy to get a "live" person instead of voicemail again.. I paid $25-30 for UPS Blue 2nd day shipping because I have manually turn on and shut my halides off upstairs every morning and night. Drives me crazy! Once I get the new controller I will install the net module also and additional powerbars for more outlets..
