To the readers.
My intention when opening the thread " The Philippines, net training, key players -Relevant information" was only one, it was to get the truth out in the open.
Since I posted it, I have received threats against me and OVI. Also I got many insults. I have been in contact with the Federal police service (GRC) and their advice is to send them the messages I consider a threat agains myself of OVI. They'll follow up.
Opposing views should be OK but the rudeness of participants here is unacceptable. It has been a pattern in this forum, there is a group of 6-8 that pretty much disagree with everything everyone else had to say.
I had reserved the right to interact with individuals participating in this forum. I took a look of the other thread "the smoking gun" and read posts with more condescending remarks and insults. NOW, I extend that right and won't answer any questions. The rudeness is unacceptable.
In relation to the e-mails forwarded to me (two are more relevant to this thread) sent to me 4/09/2003. I can not release them, as such, for 3 reasons.
1) It is not my practise to post or forward a personal e-mail or PM
2) I do not have authorization from the sender to post them
3) The e-mails containg information including third parties.
I MUST clarify that ONLY one of the two e-mails was sent to Mary.
I have seen that Mike Kirda is trying to "pretty paraphrase" it away. So I'll post a few lines of what Ferdinand actually said , not a paraphrase.

**** e-mail sent from F, Cruz 4/09/2003 I was disappointed with Marivi's stand which is a setback because she muzzled herself regarding the misdoings of___. Still I [/u]have not prevent any fish from flowing into her outfit.
****Bicol wants to deliverto her and I told them to deal directly . I stay away from her facility.
The readers can have their own opinions.
More information that merit explanaition is contained in these e-mails but I can not post it.
Wouldn't be easier for the anti-MAC group to post the e-mails? After all those e-mails are coming from them.
One last thing, the sender of those e-mails, who is anti-MAC, knew very well, since the begining, that I have been supporting MAC since day ONE. I couldn't keep this information any longer. It was hunting me during the last 5 months. I do believe in right and wrong. I have chosen what I consider is right. In terms of personal relations I have done something I had to do. It was my choice and I will live with it. Only time will tell.
Other questions as regarding what is Ferdinand Cruz relationship with Imperial? or, a question from one supporter " Is Ferdinand Cruz using strong arm tactics to support himself by setting himself as an obligate middleman? those questions remain. Mike Kirda doesn't know the answer to these and many more questions.
