Return pump

I have a 90 gallon fowlr and just got a wet/dry sump from a friend it's a pro clear 150 so I would like to set it up just I have no clue what size pump to get. Any suggestions on gph for this setup it would be pushing water up about 4-5 feet haven't made an exact measurement

mag 9.5 (some heat and noise) or eheim 1262(less heat and quieter but almost double the price)
