RO water

My local Duane Reade sells "Purified Water". The label says purified by reverse osmosis, micron filtered, ozonated and UV.

Can I use this as my RO water when I can't get RO from my LFS in nyc due to transportation?

The only way to know is buy a gallon and test it for TDS, NO3, and PO4.
