Rotifiers 5 or 10 gallon aquarium, Maroons laid eggs last night

Apparantly my Maroons laid eggs last night. I want to setup a 5 or 10 gallon with air stone light, and rotifiers, so they fish can eat. I will also need another 5 or 10 gallon aquarium for the fish. If there is a setup for rotifiers I would but that as well.
