So I have a Maxi-Jet 5500 Utility Pump that I don?t need now after I downsized from my 110g to a 75g, its too strong, & I have no need for it, I love this pump it?s powerful and quiet, very quiet!!!!! I?m using now a Mag9.5 & I personally think that the Marineland pumps are better than the Mags, and consume less electricity.
Just for comparison a Mag12 with 1200gph goes for $155.
