Sand Sifting Starfish

Did my homework AFTER I bought him.
My tank is too small for him.
Looking for $20 for him.
He's about 3 1/2" to 4" wide.
Presumed to be healthy, he buried right into the sand after I acclimated him into the tank.
I'm in Mahopac, NY or I can meet in mid to Northern Westchester.
