I have a used Seio M1500 for sale (or trade for Koralia 2 or 3) for $25; It includes the suction cups. It's just too powerful for some of my soft corals. It's about a year old or so; pump has some pink coraline algae on it. Pick up in Jersey or can meet in the city.
