Just a quick question. I have a relative that is into this hobby also and I would like to send him a fish overnight.

The problem is, how should I insulate the bag?

I read online to fill the bag with 1/3 water and 2/3 air. Also never blow into the bag.

How should I go along doing this? Can I put Co2 in there? Can I just use my Co2 tank from my Ca reactor to fill up the bag with air?

CO2 is is the exact opposite of what you want to fill the bag with and why you don't want to blow into the bag. You need a tank of O2 (oxygen). Many fish shops will do this for you if you ask nicely --try the one you are buying the fish from. You will also need an insulated styrofoam box and a 24hr. heat back. Since you seem to have no experience with this, why don't you consider buying a fish from a vendor who knows how to do this, or buying one over the phone from a shop local to your relative and just have them pick it up.
