Snail ID

very weird looking snail , looks sorta like a nassarius snail but its shooting something out of its mouth , it also seem like there's no shell and it has some sort of white tentacles like a sea cucumber . I took a video , hopefully someone can make out what it is..and what is it shooting out of its mouth? Thanks John
