Yes that is a Chevron.

No problems with the 3 clowns. All were added at the same time but they were tiny when I got them and they have been together for years

You would be correct that is a radiant wrasse.

Rick, I have read and heard that as they mature they turn all black. They lose their orange and purple pattern. But I'm not sure how long that would take. They look really cool. Its been kind of hard to find them and when you do see them they are a littel pricey
