So I got some plumbing done tonight. I with a bean overflow. The front will be a full siphon, the middle is the emergency and the last is the open channel. Let me know if you see any issue so far. I also decided to go with blue for the background color.

oh wow... have some updating to do tonight. Tank is up and running. Temp controller was added. I'll be adding the lights tonight.

aquascaping was started. I don't hate it but not in love with is either. I guess it will be a work in progress.

My only concern is how close you have tools and tool dust debris from those tools so close to the tank and sump....from past experience you know how chemicals in the air will affect the tank maybe try to clean that area up alittle or block it off with a plastic sheet. And is that an oil drum above the tank......

LMAO... those tools aren't there any more. there either on the shelf off to the right or put away. The only thing there is the boiler for the house and hot water heater. That's the expansion tank for the boiler. that will be moved when I have the new boiler put in next year.

I'll put a drink night together for all you knuckleheads to come by.
