Starfish ID?

This little guy hitched in with a ball of chaeto I got recently. Can anyone help me ID him? Leave him in the sump? Is he a good guy or bad guy?

i'm too impulsive a poster...found most of the answers i need though i'm hearing conflicting info about whether they are reef safe or are prolific procreators?

they stay small.. i wouldnt put it in the display as they sometimes grow to plague proportion. Some report of them eatting zoanthids and some say it is reef safe.

If they start multiplying really fast get a Harlequin shrimp! They are cool shrimp and they munch on asternias all day

Uh oh. Should I remove him? I'd love a harlequin shrimp but 1. What good is it to have something so beautiful in the sump. 2. My understanding is that he'd finish them off and then starve and I don't want that.

I have them all over, they're starting to really chow down on my coraline algae as well.
