Sucking noise from return

My return line splits into two loclines. Very recently one of the lines has begun making a sucking noise followed up with splashing forceful flow that pushes thru to rid the noise?

Any ideas? I wanted to take a video but the lights are off so maybe tomorrow after work

Thinking the locline has a split or broken seam, and sucking in air?

Are there any bubbles being blown out in the return water stream?

monica wouldnt be so bad, gets "cold" in my house


i will check and see if air getting in. the water level is good in sump so maybe something not right with the loc line. thanks for reply
