Suggested setup for a 30 cube

What the current best developed practice for setting up an Oceanic cube for fish and softies? Tank dimensions are L 20.5 x W 21 x H 18.5. Are LED's an option for softies at this tank depth? Also could use a recommendation for a quiet HOB skimmer.

I would get a Vortech MP10 (or two!), LED spotlights, a HOB filter, and well, that's about it. Heater if you need it.

I think a skimmer is unnecessary on such a small tank with just softies. Just run some GAC in a filter and change it monthly. I have a pretty awesome little 25g tank at work with a huge candy cane coral, leathers and zoanthids that is set up like this.

I'm switching over a freshie that is currently running a Fluval 304. I'm new to LED's is there a wattage to look for or a recommended fixture type?

I left it on for about 2 weeks before deciding I really didn't want a fish tank at home. So it is practically brand new. Don't know if I have all the original packaging though.
