Suggestions please on Lighting!

I need some suggestions on lighting besides the highly expensive LED. Everyone knows that I looking to run a 125 reef tank. I gonna probably have tangs, clownfish, angels and others colorful fish that get along.

any coral is it going to be a reef or just fish

Like OG stated.... any coral? Your post states 125 reef tank but you are just naming fish alone, so it seems like a fowlr. But to clarify... Most efficent are LED's but extremely costly... alot of people use T5's with corals. Cost efficent. My rule of thumb is 3-5 Watts per gallon with 3w being minimum.
