I'm running a Dart on my 450 with no problems. no need to turn over that much water through your sump.
personally I would start with a Snapper and if need be you can upgrade the impeller to a dart if needed.

what r u planning to keep in the tank?
that will determine water movement within tank

im gonna do a reef tank with some fish and inverts the tanks not drilled so i need to find some overflows
With a tank that size I would do 2 overflows with 1.5" piping. That gives you about 1300gph out of each pipe which is a total of 2600. Then you are going to need a pump that will pump out a little more than 2600 gph to account for head loss. So you are going to need a pump that is around 3000 gph depending on how far the pump has to push and how many elbow you have. Also, make sure you put ball valves on the drains and returns to control the flow.
