I have this MegaFlow sump, that I'm planning to use on my 30 gallon tank, the problem is that I don't want to use it as a wet/dry but as a refugium/sump set up. My question is how would I divide the sump into compartments to accomodate a refugium in there...

BTW, I will be using the following skimmer hanging on the back of the sump:

if u have a dremel...then you can remove the compartment for the bioballs....pickup some acrylic and solvent and glue a sheet right before the sponge to raise the water level for the fuge...

or you can just remove the bioballs and the piece holding the bioballs up then just add a light and u got a fuge...(but i would still add the baffle right before the sponge to keep the water level higher and constant when your water evaporates....
depending on what kind of inhabitants you want to keep....running a phosban reactor will drop your phosphates alot faster....a fuge might not be the best thing to add sometimes...

goodluck.
