T5 Bulb Recommendation

I will be running a 4-bulb ATI Powermodule on my tank. The livestock I'm going with will be mostly red in color. That said, I need a bulb combo that will bring out the reds without making the tank appear yellow. A nice, crisp 14,000K with a blue hit will be perfect.

What do the T5 experts on here think of the following:

(Front)

Blue+
Purple+
Coral+
Blue+

I know a 6500K bulb will bring out the reds, but with a 4 bulb unit I think it will wash out the other bulbs.

Not a T5 expert but I like 2 Blue+, 1 GE65k, 1 Fiji Purple. The 65k does not wash out other bulbs. HTH

I am using this combo in my Geismann fixture to supplement the halide. If you want to see a pic for reference lmk.

Thanks for the help. Maybe I'll pick up a 6500K and the Coral+ and play around with them. I already have blue and purple+.

1 ATI AquablueSpecial
1 KZ fiji purple

ge65k is not working well if you only have 4 bulbs, u should go with 12000k aquabluespec, and KZ fiji purple much better than purple+

I've actually read a number of times the the KZ and ATI purple bulbs are the exact same bulb, just with a different name. They're even made in the same facility.

this is an urban legend, just put the two bulb in your fixture and you'll see the difference so as your corals....
