How long do i need to change them

That will depend on a couple of things.
How many hours per day do you run them?
Are you overdriving them with an IC660 or IC 430?
Actinic or daylight?

Normally the actinic bulbs will have less life to them than the daylight or 50/50 bulbs.

Without knowing any information about the above questions, I'd say you're safe with 10 months actinic and 12-13 months for daylight, 50/50.

If they are not overdriven by an icecap ballast and cooled they are good for 13 months at the right pars. I also know people who have used them longer than that. What kind of system do you have?

I have a cube the fixture has 2 24 wt ho and a 150 wt mh is there much of a diffrence between 460 and 420 nm is it ok to put one of each??

it is good to mix them, diffrence between the two is 420 is more blue and 460 gives a little better pars.
