t5 light bulb combo

I have a wave point t5 retro fit light. It has 6 t5 lights @39 watt each I was wondering what bulb. Combo I should run as of now its 3 -12000k and 3 blue 460k alternating is this good should I add a redish bulb in the mix????I also noticed some people don't run any day light bulbs what's up with that ????
