T5 retro kit wiring help needed

I am trying to wire my t5 retro kit ballast. Out of the ballast there are 4 red wires (2 groups of 2 wires) and a yellow wire. Do the groups of red wires get connected to one side of the socket and the yellow on the opposite side socket jumped together? Do I have to join the 2 reds into 1 wire before the socket or can I connect them individualyl to the socket. The socket has 2 inputs on each one. The ballast is a fulham workhorse 5 and I am powering 2 48" bulbs. I do not understand fulhams website.
