It?s on the ground floor so you have to pick up and carry it out.

It has sand inside which you will have to remove, not a lot. Nothing is wrong with the tank at all, I just been really busy with projects on my house and raising my kids and work. I downgraded to a small aquarium which takes most of my free time.

You will need to bring help. Honestly I?m tired of moving that beast around.

After all the back and forth with this system and wanting to sale it and then deciding to keep it because I was so attach to it and how it looked when it was running was hard to let go of and just knowing I will never have a system this big again because of the attention and maintenance that?s needed for it but it is finally gone. I will miss having it.
