I have had my 72 gallon bowfront up for about a year and have been wanting to upgrade to a 150+ for a while. My sump is rated for a 180 i believe and the only thing besides the tank i would upgrade is my skimmer. Could i do it without cycling? I dont have room for another tank so i would not be able to cycle the new one while the 72 is running. What would you recomend?

Btw i have a voiltan lion, a niger trigger, snowflake eel and a clean up crew.

Ok, so i found a tank thats a really good price. It is a 155 bow front im getting for 350 tank and stand but its two hours away. I think it is well worth it, i am going to borrow my parents volvo i am worried about fit. If both the tank and stand dont fit in the car i was going to put the tank in and tie the stand to the roof im not sure what other things i can do. Any sugestions on how to transport it?

I think the tank in the car and the stand on top will be fine. Just get an old blanket for the stand and possibly a tarp to wrap around the stand to prevnt damage from a bumpy ride and bad weather. Should be fine
