I just did a test run on a 1/4" pcs of glass with a 60mm hole saw. This was the first time I useed a hole saw. Other holes where cut with a dremel tool. This was way faster!! 10/8 I am putting two holes in my 125. It's thicker glass but I think I will be fine. Any words of wisdom?
go slow and use lots of lube. Use a drill press so it doesn't chip out. (or make a jig so you can drill from both sides). Use a dremmel to smooth out any sharp chips when you're done.
