I order a Clown trigger and a Chrysyrus ange, to replace the ones that I lose while I was away, and not only did they get me a picture right away but he actually told me to take a small Clown trigger, and less expensive one, as it was better looking and in better shape.

I think the thing is that when you send an email to them your dealing with the fish department and they know exactly what they have and what shape it's in as opposed to the to Live Aqua or Pet Solutions. The service was very good also as was the free shipping at a cheap price, $150, compared to the other places.
