The absolute easiest and simplest way to raise fish fry?

I want to raise fish fry. I want it to be as simple and easy as it possibly can be. If I have to raise live food, I want it to be something as simple/easy to maintain as grindal worms. I don't need rapid growth, I just need them to survive solitaired. I'm fine with moving them to their own separate grow-out tank.
Can you give me tips to do this with reasonable success and without tremendous effort?

I used fast food to feed the fish because it doesn't make the tank dirty.
