So I was thinking about doing a raffle for my setup, which would be tank, stand and lights, I was jus wondering if it's allowed and if any1 would be interested. What I was thinking is that there would be 100 numbers, 0-99, $10 a number, u can pick as many numbers u want, the winning number would be the last 2 digits of the win 4 nylotto numbers on the designated day, so if the win4 number on the designated day was 2515, the winning raffle number would be "15" and whoever had that number wins the setup, what do u guys think?
