Thinking of getting this T5 Fixture

Thinking about getting 2 of these T5 HO fixtures since they are so cheap for my 26 Bowfront. Then replacing the actinic bulbs with super actinic.. What do you think?

individual reflectors or no? doesn't say on the page. but that is pretty cheap.

Either way I can add those clip-on reflectors if need be. I would also change the actinic bulbs which are prolly 460nm to 420nm super actinics.

looks good but i'm in the marker for new lights also. I have a 2 feet depth tank and im not good with lighting setups. Any info they give you, would work for me also.

They are also selling them on ebay for a couple bucks more. The only thing holding me back is that the 2 bulb fixtures for most makers only have 1 switch & 1 power cord. They sell a 4 bulb fixture with 2 switches but only 1 power cord.

I wish I could just find a 2 bulb fixture with 2 cords so I can do the dusk/dawn thing.

with the space that i can see between the bulbs....you will not be abe to fit individual reflectors in there.....it would be better for as fuge as is....

Yeah, I might just get 2 of the 2-bulb fixtures. With 4 bulbs I won't need individual reflectors on a 26 gallon tank.

I have had 3 of the fixtures they sell on aquatrader & they just keep getting better. I can't wait for the T5 fixtures with individual power cords (that's why I bought 2).

Will keep you guys updated once they arrive.

Actually folk, I decided to call them & ask for a refund. Instead I will go with a T5 retro kit & add on another ballast so I can control the lights seperately.
